As the public relations practitioner office for the National of health. Explain how you can use the systems theory to ensure that all relevant internal and external stakeholders work together for the rollout of the second phase of the vaccination programme

The systems theory seeks to grasp the overall picture by examining communication as interconnected, rather than viewing people as isolated or as communication acts. In ensuring that people work together, both internally and externally, communication is essential. Communicating correctly is impactful in ensuring that people relate with one another and obtain the correct information regarding the second phase of the vaccine programme (Lai & Huili Lin, 2017). Systems theory explains ways that highlight how people are connected to one another and their communication acts rather than their behavior. It emphasizes communication as contextually and culturally specific. It means then that by ensuring that the internal and external stakeholders understand the culture of one another and the context of their duties, communication regarding the vaccine becomes more straightforward, and everyone can participate. As a public health relations practitioner, I will educate the internal and external stakeholders on how to communicate and relate with people from different cultures in distinct contexts, to ensure that relevant information is offered without any errors.
