Job analysis is the comprehensive process of obtaining information concerning the roles and responsibilities required of a job and the human traits necessary to execute those roles and responsibilities effectively (Waters, 2017). The steps that I will have to follow in the job analysis process include defining the intent for executing job analysis, recognizing the jobs to be assessed, evaluating relevant background data, planning and implementing the job analysis plan, writing the job description and job requirements, and periodically reviewing the processes.
