Research on banking industry in Ethiopia revealed that the sector is characterized by excess supply of skilled labour as well as highly dependent on IT professionals. After graduating in accounting (BA degree) from Addis Ababa University at the top of his class, Bedilu was ready to set the banking industry in Ethiopia on fire.
