a.Cultural transmission - communication focuses on passing information to all cultures effectively and in a manner coherent with the existing cultures of its audience.

b.Surveillance - scanning of the environment under which Toyota operates is an essential step in ensuring that communication and its message is focused.

c.Correlation - communication intends to identify the existing relationships that equally affects the company and its communication strategy adopted.

d.Diversion - communication is supposed to be objective, clear and concise with no room to be diverted whatsoever by any person leading to message distortion.

e.Entertainment - message communicated by Toyota must have the quality of entertaining its audience so as to enable proper passage of the message and retainment among the customers.
