Land. Martin TV will build their station on a piece of land which is a fixed asset. These buildings will house offices and newsrooms and even stores.

Motor vehicles. Motor vehicles will provide transport to the staff of Martin TV. They will also be used to transport equipments journalists of Martin TV will use to gathers news for example cameras jut to mention but a few. These vehicles may be mounted with satellites for the purpose of ensuring stable communication and airing of news from the ground.
