Describe the concepts of cognitive in/justice, communitarianism and humanizing pedagogy
The concept of cognitive justice is established on the recognition of the plurality of knowledge and expresses the existence of different forms of knowledge. Therefore the sociologist argued that different knowledge is correlated with the distinct profession and lifestyle hence should be treated equally.
However, the communitarians assume that the importance of community is not well acknowledged in the theory of justice and occasionally the society is marked by socially conservative and economically interventionist policies.
In pedagogy, humanizing is believed to be a radical technique to instructions that ceases to be an instrument used by teachers to manipulate students, but instead, imply the consciousness of the learner.
