The strengths of defining intelligence based on the performance on a standardized test is that it allows individuals to understand how brain operates, helps to identify gifted people, and provides valuable diagnostic insights about intelligence However, some of the weaknesses is that IQ tests fails to produce consistent scores across cultural groups. It may include questions that emphasize specific skills that essential only in one cultural group, neglecting skills from another society.

I feel IQ tests fail to tell the whole story of someone's intelligence is it is socially biased.

Yes I have taken IQ test and my experience was good since I passed. However, the joy of an individual's passing the IQ test is dependent on another people's failure, which makes it sad at the same time.
