- Understanding: To represent or send a positive message to the audience, you must express the message in a way that they can comprehend, since if they understand the organization's mission, they are more likely to purchase the product or service that you are attempting to promote.
- Mutual: The mutual satisfaction phase occurs when both the public and the organization make concessions in order for both parties to gain from their connection. This is the receiving and understanding of messages derived from the PR team's communication as well as the audience's reaction.
- Publics: is undoubtedly one of the most significant concepts because it illustrates what public relations is all about. A public is a collection of people who act in the same way when it comes to the product or service you're trying to sell them.
- Relationship: Public relations practitioners are there to help you and your company develop relationships with your clients and customers. Building relationships allows you to target people who believe in your brand and want to see your business succeed, and it's all about the person's emotions, just like any other relationship.
