The company has to adhere to this code of ethics. This is based on the argument that it can govern the company and its operations. The reason why the company should abide by this code of ethics is that it has clear guidelines of the ethical principles that are founded under a common ground that is focused on allowing operations to be accountable and transparent.

This ultimately enables the company to enforce laws towards its employees while considering the global spectrum and visualizing the required information on how it will be used in the future.
