The job evaluation technique Bob could use when he gets to the step is the ranking method. This is because the method is applicable in simple instances like Bob's. Bob managed to analyze the other executive positions of the company which seems harder. He only had trouble with selecting the cleaners. In this system, the jobs are ranked in order from the most valuable to the least valuable. The method does not consider market compensation rate thus important in analyzing the cleaning job. The analysis, in this case, was not complex because the other jobs had already been analyzed only the easier tasks were remaining.
