I strongly disagree with this statement because absolute formality of an organization is associated with several challenges. Forts,absolute formality of an organization leads to delay in actions sincedue to insistence on thze on conformity to the scalar chain and chains of command. Secondly, it leads to much emphasize on work leasing to disregard of the social life of employees.
