Which labour legislation covers this situation and what are your rights according to the law in an interview situation?

Some of my rights in this situation include:

1. Non-discrimination based on sex, race, national origin, religion, disability, and age.
2. Being asked only the relevant questions to the interview.
3. Any questions asked must deal with the ability of the applicant to perform the tasks of the job.
