Various effective management activities are essential to the well-being of project’s operations. These activities create project’s sustainability, effective problem-solving strategies, and motivated workers that objectives in place are executed. Management’s role in any project’s success, as according to (Garcia, Leal & Lee, 2020), requires the management team to effectively utilize available resources to meet planned outcomes. Despite staffing for team creation and planning activities, this paper will also confer leadership, supervision, and organization activities, including their significance to a firm manager like Amazon warehouse. The activities lead to project efficiency, and deliver healthier control over the structure and how the organization runs to yield quality output.
Regulations must be implemented for performance-based ethics. Control include monitoring of employee’s input and output to ensure expected quality performance of various jurisdictions in a project. Luthans et al (2019) bring in the planning activity that involves allowing construction of affairs between the personnel and administration that fosters employees trust in the decisions of the manager in approaching outlined stages of the project. The management team, therefore, aught to exercise democratic leadership and creative thinking. Project leaders should be competent enough to steer the investment towards success. That require organizing of the work force to enable systematic delivery and conservation of human input (Luthans et al, 2019). Managerial team and the staff should also comprehend the consequence of assuming accountability. Not only the application and the hiring process, staffing guarantee recruitment of the most qualified employees for a position that project’s production objects are maintained and achieved. In job employees training is appropriate as knowledge required for successful progress of the project is accessed.
Project’s administration must adhere with the management activities to acquire firm base, and also cultivate a healthy interpersonal relationship amongst the employees to ensure goals set are attained. Each activity is connected to the other and in case of absence of any, the project fails entirely. Therefore, imagination, problem solving, and motivational skills are paramount to an operative manager. Flexibility is also important in case of change over time.
