When developing indicators for the supply chain on the performance management system of supply of textbooks, I would follow the following steps;

a)      Create a strategic plan that would bring in the leading image of the supply of the textbooks in the company.

b)     Review customer perceptions concerning the service performance of the supply of textbooks. This would enable in determining whether it aligns with the strategic plan.

c)      I would also check on the workshop environment with relevant groups of people.

d)     Aggregate the perceptions and sort factors by importance and review the performance of the current perception.

e)     Discuss and allocate responsibilities for each critical success factor on the supply of the textbooks.
