An autocratic leader makes all the decisions and leaves the rest of the group members without such freedom. A participative leader is an example to his or her followers because they feel appreciated. On the other hand, laissez-faire leadership is about providing everyone with their individual freedom and choice. I believe that the laissez-faire leadership is the type of leadership that I display. The Ubuntu philosophy influenced me in the quest for collective solidarity, freedom of expression and human dignity.
