Although security is a technology issue because hackers can access any mobile device, it more of a business issue since customers are demanding it as worries about privacy, the protection of personally identifiable information, and identity theft grow. Further, business partners, suppliers, and vendors require it from one another, mainly when providing mutual network and information access. Therefore, this explains why security is more of a business issue than a technological issue.
