The following are the levels of corporate culture:

  1. Artifacts; which are the overt and obvious elements of an organization.
  2. Espoused values; which are the company’s declared set of values and norms.
  3. Shared basic assumptions; which are the bedrock of organizational culture-the beliefs and behaviors so deeply embedded that they can sometimes go unnoticed.
