The common man has also benefited by the convenience of any time anywhere service delivery

Since its launch in April 2019 as on date, more than 35,000 pensioners submitted their Life Certificates through the Pensioners Life Certificate Service , which has demonstrated an accuracy of about 93% in successfully authenticating the pensioners.

The complaint level has hence declined with 55%.
