The recent pandemic has changed so many things; including but not restricted to HR processes. Interns / employees got interviewed and placed virtually. Traditional sources of recruitment are taking a back seat. Human Resources are going global and we head toward the “Gig Economy”. Presence on sites like LinkedIn, being a part of various trade specific groups on Facebook, WhatsApp and other social media platforms is on a rise exponentially and almost become necessary for many.What according to you is the role of technology and social media in recruitment? T add on that,social media and technological recruitment creates a pleasant experience for all candidates.
