Netflix and Apple are global companies that have innovative cultures. Such companies possess primary characteristics like active opportunity management, where upcoming opportunities are noticed and dealt with immediately. Besides, there are adequate ideas on funding because great ideas are beneficial but require money to fund them. Furthermore, the organizations have stretch goals and a higher purpose (Hillestad, 2017). They set higher goals and push their employees to work towards achieving them. Although achieving the goals might be challenging, they are always attainable. Lastly, they have external stimuli.
