Identify some of the major communication barriers that Toyota will encounter in their internal communication drive and discuss how they can overcome these barriers.
Can be overcomed by not putting all the center managers in one office which can make workers feel intimidated when when approaching this area and as a result avoid the area.
Can be avoided if the manager let the employees know that they have freedom of expression when something is not going well. Again, the managers should not be too harsh to the workers such as unnecessary quarrels.
Toyota can overcome language barrier by encouraging everybody in the company to use the common language of communication so as to avoid preventable misunderstanding of each other.
