SUBJECT: Picnic Arrangement

Due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, the year 2020 has been very disturbing for every employee as business operations have been disrupted occasionally. As a result, I wanted to inform you about the managerial decision of arranging a picnic which will take two days (Saturday and Sunday) at a farmhouse.

The management understands that employees are still reeling from the consequence of the pandemic and are feeling demotivated. Therefore, we have decided to arrange the picnic essentially aimed at motivating and relaxing the employees before the start of 2021 operations. We are confident that dedicating time to engage in an informal setting and reflect as a team will serve to make the employees stimulated and ready for the coming year. This picnic will also provide a forum in which employees will feel free to present their opinions and ideas that they believe will ensure we the business remains relevant in the current market and help increase our competitive advantage.

As sudden as this information may be, the management is confident in the employees, and knows that arranging the picnic will prepare us for next year. More information includes that the bus will leave from the office at 6:00 AM thus the convenient time to reach the office is 5:00 AM.
