As a good fleet manager, I would help my organization get the most value out of the values in a fleet. First, I would apply for and obtain the declaration form from my country’s commercial importation concerning the Vehicle am importing from abroad for the organization. The import declaration form of then vehicle should entail the following details;

a)     The value of the vehicle for tax calculation. To achieve this, I would use correct values since values may be disputed by customs and the vehicle verified to solve any disputes.

b)     The Quantity/ weight of the Vehicle

c)     The quality of the Vehicle

d)     The classification of the Vehicle. As can be demanded for approval, it might be queried.

Also, I would use a forwarding agent to consult or input my importation into the system. Once the importation declaration form of the Vehicle is passed, I would then arrange inspection of the cargo and once completed the company would ship the Vehicle in my country.
