A grapevine does impose many damaging challenges for management in a firm. Notably, managers should not ignore the grapevine. But, rather be apathetic to it and try to eradicate it. Therefore, managers should proactively communicate and vaccinate as much authentic information into the system as they can to eradicate grapevine.
