There are several ways of resolving workplace bullying and they include:

1. Adhering to the code of conduct- adhering to the company's code of conduct is the best way of discouraging workplace bullying. This can be done by informing people of the consequences of workplace bullying and how they might affect people doing the work.
2. Informing the HR department- this can be done if the bullying is out of hands for the HR department to deal with the people carrying out bullying. The HR department should afterwards, respond appropriately to the bullying so as not to encourage other forms of bullying to happen in the company.
3. Act fast-acting fast involves ensuring that the people know about the consequences of bullying, and tries to mitigate the bullying of employees in the workplace.
