Obesity on the other hand is a disorder associated to excess body fat. It results from taking excess calories compared to the amount that the body can burn. treatment for obesity include regular exercise and a lifestyle change including the diet which plays a massive role in the treatment process.

The components for a healthy school environment include physical exercise and healthy food which are the recommendations for treating obesity. The idea of introduction of a healthy school environment i strongly agree would reduce chances of obesity and go a long way to treating those already affected.
