1.I could ask the learners to meet often and share aloud how they feel about their inclusivity in the classroom culture. This will facilitate consistent improvement of how accessible the classroom is for students from diverse backgrounds.
2.I would ask my learners to each write about a particular culture they follow in their family. It could be about cultural traditions, religion, ethnic culture etc. This will promote cultural awareness in the classroom while also helping students from different backgrounds to personally connect.
