2.1.1 As a teacher, many a times when I have come across a child who is intelligent, a child who dances extremely well but refuses to do any of this in class because he or she think they will be mocked by their classmates. In other words they have low self-esteem. As a teacher I can implement self-esteem in my teaching through establishing a positive environment in my classroom. This is because I cannot expect my students to have confidence in themselves and their abilities if I don’t provide an environment that encourages it.
2.1.2. Critical reflection is a form of own learning and advance that involves thoughtful about practices and processes with determination and honesty. As a teacher I would implement critical reflection in my students, by committing to an honest reflection of my existing teaching practices. For example, I can start this journey with a careful analysis of my current instructional strategies.
2.1.3. As a teacher I would improve on creative questioning among my students by not rewarding them for exhibiting creativity has incentives interfere with the creative process, therefore reducing the quality of their responses and the flexibility of their thought. This will allow students to develop mastery of creative activities that they are basically motivated to do, rather than trying to motivate them with rewards and incentives.
2.1.4. Creativity is the most difficult thinking skill to acquire among students. Creativity always starts with imagination, and history shows that many things we imagine are later actually created. As a teacher therefore, I would implement creative thinking to my students through asking oral questions during teaching process which will give learners an opportunity to think in order to come up with the correct answer.
2.1.5. Creative problem-solving helps teachers to bring innovative solutions to their students. It is an approach that identifies unique solutions to issues through a process of problem identification and resolution planning. Creative problem-solving can be implemented among learners if the teacher is more persistent on enforcing the importance of solving problems creatively.
