The future is mystery to everyone. Some people would argue that the future is bright because modern technology will soon be able to solve most problems in our society. Other people think that modern technology will bring about the destruction of the world.

THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT

The argument some people make about the future be bright due to the modern technology having to solve most problems in the society is that there is the addition of job opportunities due to the creation of jobs. The rise to new employment and output of industries has helped most people to have a positive feeling about the future.

Looking into the future, technology has assisted students to forge forward through their education. It is argued that an analog system is not sufficient in preparing students for the future. There has been an improvement in the evolution of the new technology in education, and students can relate to the end.

Recognition of a bright future has been made possible due to distance learning affected by new technology development.

The solving of problems in society has been linked to a bright future and new technology. Artificial intelligence, automation and machine learning has been the main impact of the ongoing growth in the society. Hyper-automation is viewed as a combination of learning machines and packaging software that have helped develop businesses and the manufacturing industries. In artificial intelligence, the new technology has made it possible to foresee weather occurrences in the future (Veitch, 2019).

For others, they view the occurrence of modern technology as bringing destruction over the world. According to Smith and Sverdlov, modern technology is the leading cause of pollution that causes environmental harm (2018). It is argued that the more technological advancement due to the industrial revolution, the more damage is pushed to the environment.

There has been natural resource depletion due to the consistent use of scarce resources. It has been made possible through deforestation, fossil fuel, spoil erosion, and minerals mining. There has been air pollution that has been caused by excessive emission of gasses from industries and roadworthy vehicles. Mass agriculture that is practiced across the world has also been a factor in damage to the environment.

To sum up, air pollution that has been the leading factor in global warming and other related health complications worldwide has been viewed by a part of the people due to modern technology. They encourage individuals to stick to the traditional ways of doing things to avoid destroying the world.
