The organizers: the educators organized the students into groups and helped them learn in fields they were interested in. Covid-19 prevented organizations from meeting and doing such actions. However, the teacher can group the teachers using social platforms such as WhatsApp to work on the tasks.

The Participant: Educators took part in classroom atmosphere-improvements activities when the instructor participated. With lock-down and e-learning, however, this is not possible. If feasible, educators can still be financially involved in these initiatives.
