Name of the game; Park play(Playing at the park)
Objective; Children who play outdoors improve their motor skills, body mass index, overall health and muscle strength. Spending active time outdoors as a kid is also important for life-long health. Children that are active in their early years generally continue to be more active as they age.
Children love meeting other children at the park, whether they play beside them or start to interact with them, playing at the park is a very natural way for children to initiate and develop friendships. They have to learn to take turns, share and respect other children needs.
They'll gain cardio endurance and strength by interacting with a variety of equipment. And through common and invented games with other children they can increase in agility, develop fine and gross motor skills, improve their balance and coordination, and of course prevent obesity.
Significance; It improves their thinking skills and problem-solving abilities and helps them develop many of the skills they'll need in adult life. This process is especially important for older kids. One of the ways they frequently explore new roles, complex emotions and even new vocabulary is through fantasy play.
As they play, they learn to control their arms and legs and avoid falling. Jumping, running and climbing also allows them to better understand important concepts such as distance and space. Improves sociability: The park is one of the first places where children begin to play with others.

Reflection why did you choose that game;
Parks provide an excellent place for people to come together to walk, run, climb and play in the fresh air. Whether it's a Park Run on the weekends, an evening game of five-a-side with jumpers for goalposts, or taking your dog for a walk, parks help us keep our bodies and minds happy and healthy.
Playing outdoors also can improve mental health – improving attention span, focus, and mood. It also helps kids pay attention longer and improves their focus. Children with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) have fewer symptoms after spending time outdoors during the school day.
