I hereby present myself as your loyal customer. In fact I am the one whom I bought 40 computers in your company. Therefore I am giving you a valid assurance that my computer machines were ferried safely. Fortunately, is that 35 of them are working whereas 5 of them reported by my computer technician to have been damaged.

I would like to humbly request for your immediate response by conducting replacement for such machines.
