I am a very social person who easily create good rapport with people. I have always led my team by always encouraging them to remain true to what they do, show commitment, and deliver as per excellence. This is because, I understand that leadership is not just about giving orders, but also taking part in the activity at hand. I therefore, engage my team by actively participating or taking part in what they do.
