• Safety and Health policies- These are policies, procedures, and plans that manage safety at work. They help to minimize the risks of injury and illnesses at the workplace operations.
• Recruiting policies- These policies help to ensure that recruitment is done in a consistent manner. The policies help to prevent discrimination and also enable the organization to hire a diverse workforce.
