A stakeholder is a person, group or organization that has interest in an organization's mission and activities. Immunization programs can pull together a variety of stakeholders to help develop and implement activities to increase immunization rates. As a public relations officer, I will engage all the immunization stakeholders and consider all their needs and interests throughout the exercise so as to enable the second phase of the vaccination program be successful. Forming groups with both the internal and external stakeholders will enable us to collaborate and share ideas on the vaccination program. I will constantly monitor the environment, the intended goals, the actions and the feedback from all the stakeholders so as to make the necessary changes to the program so as to fit within the program and reach a goal state of equilibrium.
