Imagination is important to young person’s development as it develop social skills, build self-confidence, practice language skills and work out fears. The following strategies can stimulate the imagination of young readers;

Ø Ask thoughtful questions,

Ø Make time for imaginative thinking and play,

Ø Encourage different experiences and finally

Ø Show playful side and imagination.
