I will explain what motivates good and bad behavior in classroom using reinforcement theory by introducing rewards and punishment where reward is a positive while a punishment is a negative reinforcement. I will use reward to motivate good behavior and punishment to discourage bad behavior. Besides I will use extinction to eliminate rewards that encourages bad behavior.
