Another strategy is through offering leadership for the students. Also, showing support and having a caring attitude will help the adult learner to cope and extend their learning opportunities. In summary, the strategies adopted by the educators should involve reinforcing the qualities and skills of the adult learners since the learners make decision for themselves and they also are self-disciplined.
