Plan a lesson which focuses on four perceptual Motor skills:
1. A warm-up
2. At least four stations;
3. A description of the perceptual activity (aim)
4. The outcome of the perceptual activity (outcome)
5. A drawing
6. Cooling-down activities
The following plan will help learner's to get the most out of physical education lessons.
Assuming the lesson starts at 10:00 am,
10:00-10:15 will involve warm up exercises, including students spelling some of their favorite activities, stretching, twirling, rolling, twisting, and standing.
10.15-10:30 will involved visiting a flower garden to gather flowers and animals to draw.
10:30-10:45; students will draw their favorite flowers and animals such as butterflies.
10:45-11:00; cool down activities such as stretching up as high as possible and standing on their toes, as well as lying down with eyes closed and singing their favorite songs silently.
