As a teacher, I know the impacts of inequalities and racism. As a result, I would request my fellow teachers to develop various tools that help solve the issue of racism and inequality. As a teacher, I would change such race discriminations by coming up with lessons that teach concerning the adverse effects of racism to help rise the learners' understanding of racism. Moreover, I would encourage the start of a diversity committee that will help solve the issue of racism.

Since most students have already experienced racism, there is a need to create coverings that will help in strengthening the identities of these students. Furthermore, there is a need to model diversity through the content and structure of the class. In addition, in order to end racism, there is a need to introduce a multinational classroom by offering responsibility, leadership, and task equitability. These roles should be offered to all learners without racism. This is because once learners will start working as a team under the same grounds the problem of racism will be solved.
