Between phenomenology and ethno-methodology which theory is best to choose? And why?

Phenomenology states that human beings are conscious and they should study any phenomena around them in terms of how they experience them. On the other hand, ethnomethodology assumes that social order is illusory. As such, social order is constructed in the minds of social actors as society confronts the individual as a series of sense impressions and experiences which she or he must somehow organize into a coherent pattern. Ethnomethodology is the best theory between the two because it examines the means by which action makes ordinary life possible.
