One of the aims of new social patterns is the formation of citizens who are aware of their social responsibility. (See p 5 of SoE). Briefly discuss how this aim could be taught in the classroom
The purpose can be imparted in the classrooms by activity-driven learning where learners will learn through direct involvement in correlated accomplishments, for instance, public programs and cognizance operations. The institution can bring together special programs, for example, cleaning programs, important in ensuring the community is clean. The classroom lessons may comprise campaigns on climate change, refining their understanding at the classroom level. Educators can also instruct pupils on social science lessons to teach them the applicable values. This will permit learners to share viewpoints on community opinions on social issues that will bear new societal patterns.
