When we talk about “science” as only one way to explain nature, and psychology, in particular, as one way to explain human behavior, what do you think this means? Can you think of other ways that we have used to explain behavior?

Empiricism emphasizes objective and precise measurement. Psychology is a science because it follows the empirical method.

Human behavior involves identifying that we humans have breath in us and we are behaving organisms in a physical world. Therefore, principles in Physics, Behavior Analysis, and Biology must be used properly to establish our comprehension of behavior.
