Psychologists use observational characteristics to determine health behavior and predict tendencies; therefore, this element predicting health-related behaviors is crucial to understand human behavior better and develop measures to address the issues. Many behaviors affect human health; behavioral and social sciences are helpful to study people and predict health-related matters. Models of beliefs provide theoretical perspectives to explain behavior and its relationship with health; they help determine changes in ab individual and predict underlying health behaviors. However, they are debatable thoughts about the application of these approaches to assess health behavior.
