(1) The sender

The sender or communicator is the one who seeks to deliver the message to pass on information and thoughts to others.

2) Encoding: Because the subject matter of communication is theoretical and intangible, it must be conveyed via the use of symbols such as words, actions, and visuals. Encoding is the process of converting subject content into these symbols.

(3) Communication Channel: The person who wants to communicate must select a channel via which to convey the needed information, thoughts, and so on. This data is sent to the receiver through various routes, which might be official or informal.

4)Receiver: A receiver is an individual who receives or is intended to receive a communication. The receiver is the one who attempts to comprehend the message as well as possible to achieve the desired goals.

(5) Feedback: Feedback is the process of verifying that the message has been received and interpreted in the same way that the sender intended it.
