Things are viewed as a unit in systems theory. Actually, it examines a collection of objects or entities that are linked together to form a whole. These "systems" are adaptable to many situations and generate synergy. The public relations professional serves as a link between the organization and its constituents (Kennedy & Sommerfeldt, 2015). The organization's internal and exterior publics are both included. The PR professional can better meet the distinct demands of each audience by considering them as discrete groups or units. You're on the board of directors, and you've been having some communication issues with your employees. This has created a major issue because your staff are becoming frustrated and performing poorly. You approach your public relations director, who, after some investigation, determines that issuing a company-wide newsletter is the best method to handle this problem. While this may alleviate this particular issue, a newsletter will not solve a communication problem with your suppliers.
