define communication and select three media platforms which you can use to
communicate your message. Indicate how you will use either verbal or non-verbal

Communication refers to the process of exchanging information in the act of giving, receiving, and sharing information through talking or writing, and listening or reading.

 The three media platforms include;

1)     Face to face communication; here one person communicates to the one on one and can use either verbal or non-verbal methods by use of signs or talking.

2)     Use of letters; here you use verbal communication where you type the information that you want the receiver to know. You can send a messenger to deliver or postal address. It is old fashioned and is getting out of use.

3)     Use of social media platforms such as Email, whatsapp, Facebook where you send short message indicating what you want to communicate to your recipient(s). It is mostly verbal communication though use of emoji's has catalyzed non-verbal methods.
