Society needs to understand that teachers are also human beings who psychological biases can influence. Having this understanding will prevent the misconceptions and assumptions associated with teaching. Society should never assume that those who behave in a certain manner do so because of either their character or habit but in the way of responding to environmental outcomes. Positive characteristics and motivations have been assigned through in-group bias to people who are similar to us.

Teachers may be shocked to discover that students do not understand basic class concepts even with best efforts. Some of the best students may respond correctly as well, but only memorized words are correctly used. Students do report that when asked more closely, they cannot completely understand the underlying concepts. Students will often use algorithms To solve numerical problems without completely knowing the underlying mathematical theory. Students think in diverse ways, which should be appreciated by society and the teachers.
