Using reinforcement theory, I will explain what facilitates good and bad classroom behavior. The concept suggests a reinforcement, punishment, and extinction method for prompting learners' behavior. Positive reinforcement will be used to encourage good behavior in my students, while negative reinforcement will be used to discourage bad behavior. In addition, I'm going to employ extinction to get rid of any rewards that encourage poor conduct.
