(A)

Potential at surface

"V=\\frac{kq}{R}\\\\V=\\frac{(9\\times10^9)(10.50\\times10^{-9})}{0.0625}=1512V"



(B)

Charge is at surface of shere so inside the sphere potential will be same as sphere, so

"V=1512BV"

(C)

r=5.0cm exist inside sphere so

"V=1512volts"
